Tradition – inherited legacy or deliberate invention? Who decides what is preserved and what fades away?
This exhibition sees cultural identity not as fixed, but as shaped – malleable, critical, in flux.

Castillo and Unterhauser met in 2024 in Tallinn, as exchange students at the Estonian Academy of Arts. Their connection isn’t about style or medium, but about a shared approach: constant questioning, thinking beyond the image.

Not a synthesis – a conversation. Open, in process, becoming.
